Heh, just got back from the show (Finally)...This was my second time seing A Perfct Circle, and I must say they made it fun this time around. I think just about every song was remixed in some way, and I loved it. The one gripe I do is was all the crowd surfing/over all moshing taking place. I realize that its a concert 'n all, but in all seriousness, people were crowd surfing while Paz was playing Renholder on the violin. That is just sad in my opinion, and those types of people have no respect for the band playing, they just want to "thrash it up" at as many shows as possible in their life. I got kicked in the head by a crowd surfer at the beginning of Orestes somehow....Something wrong with this picture...lol, oh well, at least maynard educated me on the history of anal sex, and how to make women want you...the secret is to wear flashing rainbow pokadoted speedos! Oh yes, the Bowie cover song they did was strange. Ashes to Ashes I beleive. I really actually did enjoy it, and  [read full review]   - Tom

Well Guys, the show Fucking rocked...this was my second time seeing you, the first being May 20th with NIN..I hadnt heard you then, and the album wasnt out yet, but i figured with maynard it would be a good show. Well, I was very right, watching you ALL on stage just drove me crazy and took my excited mind off NIN for the time, I loved Billys way of playing, it pretty much seduced me while you stood in your colorfull suit. At the secong show in Luisville, I was ready and had put your CD through it since buying it two weeks later after the first concert when it came out.... I knew it would be a hell of a show again, and I was soo right... It was great...I was on the gate which was coming down the whole time..and i just happened to catch one of my dreamgirls pics (PAZ) I was so happy after the show, and the pick remains in a frame with a hotel magazine behind that you all covered. I loved the show!!!!!!!! Ps I have a joke for you maynard...what did one tampon say to the other????? Notin  [read full review]   - Josh

Thank you for lending your music for a night, it was (as always) incredible... one amazing performance after another. Thank you PazBillyMaynardJoshTroy for a truly unique experience. (For those of you who mistook the concert for a hard core testosterone-filled barbaric festival with the sole purpose of jumping around knocking into others---get a life, and attempt not to ruin others' in the process.)   - Catherine

APC... your music is truly amazing. Thank You so very much for coming to our "fucking waste of land" (as all the "holier than thou" mother fuckers like to put it). Yes, the crowd was really into the show... but if you're not willing to go through something that minor to see Maynard... YOU CAN SUCK IT!!!! I stood right there almost on the fence in front of Maynard the whole time... from the last of the SRC set, and that bar rammed up in my shit wasn't fun. But, I'll let you break the bar off and beat my "hillbilly ass" with it anyday to be that close to APC.   - Remy

First off, I really don't understand all of the bitching about the crowd at the Madison show. All this, "the band deserves better" is absolute rubbish. Anyone who pays to see a concert has a right to express themselves in whatever way they see fit (whether that entails standing there like a "mummy" or screaming the name of their favorite vocalist). We don't owe the band anything, they owe us for buying their album and the concert tickets. Also moshing happens at concerts. It's a fact of life at concerts now. Deal with it. Anyway, words cannot describe the impact of the concert. From the opening chords of "renholder" to the triumphant finish of "the hollow", it was musicianship personified. I am a veteran of many concerts, and this ranks up near the top. Billy, Troy, Paz, and Josh were all fantastic, but I was, of course, the most impressed with Maynard (I'm a Tool fan, get over it). Overall a great show, and one that I will remember for a loooooooooooong time.   - Ray

I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED BY THIS BUNCH OF ROCK STAR BITCHES THE MORNING BEFORE THE SHOW AT THE STUDIO SESSION, THAT I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO GO TO THE CONCERT AFTERWARDS. LET ME SAY OONE THING, IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU HAVE BACK STAGE PASSES, BECAUSE MAYNARD IS A STUCK UP PRIC AND WOULD IGNORE YOU ANYWAY. THEY ARE ALL A BUNCH OF STUCK UP ROCK STARS, EXCEPT FOR JUSTIN, HE WAS COOL, BUT AS FOR MAYNARD AND EVERYONE ELSE, YOU ALL CAN KISS MY ASS BECAUSE I HAVE NO RESPECT FOR A BAND THAT DOESN'T RESPECT THEIR FANS. JUST REMEMBER YOU PERFECT CIRCLE BITCHES, WITHOUT YOUR OBLIVIOUS FANS, YOU WOULD BE NOWHERE RIGHT NOW.   - Christine

Just got back. I've got creamy pants. Sooooo good! I'm guessing I had the best seat in the house. Right in the center of the balcony...front row. I could see EVERYTHING... To all who attended, F*** Britney Spears!!! Can't wait for the new Tool. Sooo gooood!! Totally recieved my new square APC Wall Decoration courtesy of the unknowing Aragon Ballroom--thats for my 4 dollar piece of pizza, fools. 4.9/5 (-.1 for the unimpressive performance by that Controversy band...)   - Dave Tulloch

I have been to many concerts and this will be one of my favorites to remember..a lot of people posted that it was a spiritual experience, I find it haunting. My daughter had an absoultly great time and found the whole thing serene and beautiful. I was very impressed with how tightly APC played their show...... Incredible talent... I don't have any knowledge of any of the (5) members but as APC they reflect great musicans. Thank you all for a outstanding concert and for the integrity you show not only in your music but for all of us in the audience as well.   - jaf

what can i say about this concert? it was incredable! I just got back, and i have to say that this was one of the best concerts i've been to. Snake river conspericy was pretty good acuially, i wasnt expecting much from them but they were pretty good. umm... next we waited 45 minutes and finally APC came on. i dont remember the exact set list because i was too busy being amazed by the show, but i found it very funny how maynard had everybody saying "fuck brittany spears!". he also explaned the history of anal sex to us and how it originated in chicago (?) i think the highest moment at the show was when they played judith, or when they played the hollow. everybody just totally got into the songs and it was great. the band was amazing, and umm.. other good stuff. bye bye   - Ben

Well, tonight was my first time seeing A Perfect Circle and I must say, it was one of the most amazing experiences that I have ever had in my life. The whole atmosphere of the concert and Maynard's presence and Paz's appearance and Billy and Troy's guitar playing... it was all surreal. Unfortunately, some assholes in front of me mistook this for a Slipknot concert and had to mosh and cheapen the experience. However, this was still an amazing concert, and I will be sure to see them every time they come from here on out.   - French
